In 2016, Jamie joined the O’Donnellan & Joyce team for a summer of work experience while also managing a number of properties for his family members. During this time, he worked in the auction and private treaty department. After this experience, Jamie decided to become a qualified estate agent and left to attend Limerick Institute of Technology where he completed a B.Sc. in Property Valuations and Management. Upon completing the course in 2020, Jamie re-joined O’Donnellan & Joyce.

Through years of managing properties while in college, Jamie has a unique skill set which enables him to work different roles simultaneously. Currently Jamie runs the lettings and management department and also works as part of the private treaty team.

Jamie has a wealth of experience through education but also through self learning. Starting out managing properties and then onto project management and modular building. The self employed mindset drives him to excel and carry out each task to the best of his ability.

Jamie spend some time working as an sales agent and lettings manager in Dublin. He worked for Hooke MacDonald and Knight Frank. The fast paced Dublin market taught Jamie the necessary skills to bring an effective negotiator and property manager.
