With over 20 years’ experience in various administration roles throughout her career, Emma has been a core member of our team since she joined O’Donnellan & Joyce in 2012.
Emma previously worked for Aviva Insurance for 12 years where she developed her skills in customer service, professional administration, and accounting. She held many roles during her time with the company and moved up the ranks over the years.
After leaving Aviva in 2012, Emma returned to study and received a distinction in business studies prior to joining the team at O’Donnellan & Joyce. Since then, she has excelled in her role as Senior Administrator. She takes pride in offering the highest level of Customer Service and is well known in the industry for her level of professionalism and attention to detail.
As part of her role, Emma looks after the administration of Private Treaty and New Home properties while running the front of house enquiries and managing the sales agents appointments.
