Prior to joining O’Donnellan & Joyce in 2016, Anne worked in various industries throughout Galway City and County and brings to the company, a wealth of over twenty years customer service experience. A natural self-starter, one of Anne’s proudest achievements is graduating with a B.A degree (Hons) from NUI Galway in 2008, which she completed whilst working full time as a receptionist. Her work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and excellent time-keeping skills has equipped Anne with the tools to support both our clients and staff.

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Front Office, Anne is the first port of call for all clients (new and existing), whether it is face-to-face, or on the phone. Her warm smile and friendly voice provide a comforting reassurance to nervous first-time buyers, or anxious vendors and Anne endeavours to ensure that a client’s experience with O’Donnellan & Joyce is a positive one.

Anne also provides administrative support to our sales and auction teams through diary management and scheduling of appointments.
