With over 10 year’s experience in the industry, Shane joined the company in 2014 from a commercial agency based in Galway City and has been involved in sales, property management and valuations throughout his career.

Having qualified  with a B.Sc in Property Studies (Hons), Shane furthered his career and is an associated member of Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCSI) along with being a recognised Tegova Registered Valuer (Bluebook European Standard) and a full member of Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV).

Shane heads up the residential and commercial valuation department with the assistance of company director Colm O’Donnellan. Shane and the valuations team are engaged by local and national clients such as KPMG, Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton as well as being listed on all the main banking institutes valuation panels. Along with valuations, Shane has represented commercial clients in a number of rent reviews, compulsory purchase orders and acquisitions.
